Windham's "Gateway Park" ground breaking ceremony today was a proud and exciting moment - this signature Live-Work-Play mixed-use development is the result of years of vision by Karl Dubay and team at the Dubay Group, and Dr. Deepak Sharma. Close collaboration with my fellow Windham Economic Development Committee (WEDC) and Planning Board members in improving our Professional Business and Development district helped encourage investments like this in our community.
