Windham Man Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge: Log
Crashes reported on Range and Haverhill roads; Manchester woman summoned after traffic stop; criminal mischief reported on Autumn Street.
WINDHAM, NH — Police investigated a criminal mischief incident at 9:18 a.m. on Oct. 5, on Autumn Street.
Matthew David Lowman, 49, of Glenwood Road in Windham, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. on Oct. 4, 2019, on a domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after police were sent to the home for a report of a domestic incident.
A crash was reported at 8:03 p.m. on Range Road near the Windham Restaurant and 12:49 p.m. on Haverhill Road near London Bridge on Oct. 3.

Dawn Marie Goupil, 35, of Corning Road in Manchester, received a summons at 11:02 a.m. on Sept. 29, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration after a stop at the old Citizens on Indian Rock Road.
