CONCORD, NH — Windham's deputy town clerk was arrested Thursday accused of accessing the private information of drivers for personal purposes, according to New Hampshire State Police.

Nancy Hogle, 61, of Windham was arrested Thursday on two counts of violating the NH Driver Privacy Act. According to Lt. Andrew Player of Troop G, only certain people and entities can access driving records and can only access the records for purposes permitted by law.

"The investigation revealed that Hogle used her ability to access motor vehicle records to obtain residential addresses of individuals known to her for personal use."
