Windham's Sipes Secures State Win in Gymnastics
Sipes finished first in the Bars, first in the Beam and first All-Around, winning her the State title on Feb. 13.
MANCHESTER, NH - The Derryfield School is pleased to announce that freshman Tori Sipes of Windham, has won high marks for her independent sport of gymnastics, according to a press statement.
Tori’s last high school meet was on Feb. 7, where she secured first place with her best all around score of 36.4 out of 40. This achievement landed her a spot in the State competition held Feb. 13, where true to form Sipes finished first in the Bars, first in the Beam and first All-Around, winning her the State title.
The Derryfield School is a coeducational, non-sectarian, college-preparatory day school currently serving 388 students in grades 6-12 from 50 communities. The mission of The Derryfield School is to inspire bright, motivated young people to be their best and provide them with the skills and experiences needed to be valued, dynamic, confident, and purposeful members of any community.
