Winter Weather: 8-12 Inches of Snow Forecast for Windham

WINDHAM, NH — Windham will get hit with its first major snowstorm of the winter Tuesday.
Between 8 and 12 inches of snow is expected, starting in the pre-dawn hours Tuesday morning. Sleet and freezing rain are expected to mix with the snow throughout the day Tuesday, and wind gusts are expected to reach 20 mph.
Tuesday morning’s commute will be be dangerous and there could be power outages, according to the National Weather Service. State highway workers treated the Everett Turnpike Monday ahead of the storm. If power goes out, you can follow updates on the Eversource outage map.
