4 Bodies – 2 Of Them Children – Found At NJ Home, Woods: Cops
A man apparently committed suicide, authorities said; a woman and two children were found at his nearby Salem County home.
SOUTH JERSEY — Four bodies, including two children, were discovered Wednesday morning in a home and some nearby woods in New Jersey, prosecutors said.
Three of the bodies were found at a residence and the fourth was in the woods, in Penns Grove in Salem County, according to the Salem County Prosecutor's Office.
The discovery was made after a passerby spotted what appeared to be a body in the woods, off Sportsman Road in Carneys Point, and called 911, the prosecutor’s office said.

The person found dead in the woods, a man, apparently committed suicide, prosecutors said.
Police who responded to the scene checked the victim's address and made a well-being check at his nearby home, prosecutors said.

Police found a woman and two small children dead in the home.
The matter is under investigation by the Carneys Point Police Department, the Penns Grove Police Department, the Salem County Prosecutor’s Office and the New Jersey State Police.
