Is Your Dog The Best? Enter Patch's Top Dog In NJ Contest

Is your dog the top dog? Tell us why, and you could win a $250 Amazon gift card and a chance to tell everyone in New Jersey what makes him or her so awesome.

Here's how Patch's Top Dog In NJ contest works:

We want to crown New Jersey's top dog. Send us your favorite photo of your dog, and a brief explanation about what makes your dog THE top dog (200 words or fewer). All entries must include: Your name, town, and the Patch site closest to you. (You can find your closest Patch town here).

Send entries to TopDog@Patch.com with the subject line "Top Dog In NJ." The deadline to submit your entry is Friday, May 18.

Ten finalists will be selected by a team of editors at Patch. The 10 top dogs will be featured in a story to be shared across the Patch network in New Jersey, and the winner will be chosen through an online vote.

By entering the contest, you agree to receive emails from Patch. (Don't worry, they're free and you can unsubscribe at any time.)

The grand prize winner will receive a $250 Amazon gift card, plus a feature story on your pet to be shared across the Patch network in New Jersey. The winner will also get a $25 gift card to Dogs & Cats Rule pet store (locations in Pennington and Princeton), plus some goodies from the Monmouth County SPCA.

The runner up will receive three day camp visits to Camp Bow Wow in Elmwood Park and a $50 gift card to K-9 Resorts Daycare & Luxury Hotel, which has several locations across New Jersey.
