Asbury Park To Distribute 'Devices'

The Asbury Park School district will have a device distribution day on Thursday.

ASBURY PARK – The Asbury Park School district will have a device distribution day on Thursday.

The district will be hosting a "District Wide Device Distribution Day" at all school buildings for those Asbury Park students/families who did not pick up a device on the previously assigned pick up days.

The distribution will take place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Teams at each school will be there to assist everyone in obtaining a device. Parents and guardians, or students 18 and over, will be required to sign out any district device.

The district will provide all set-up instructions, log-in information and cases you need to be connected throughout the upcoming virtual learning experience.

Students/families can pick up devices at the school building that the student will attend this school year.

The district will continue to practice social distancing guidelines throughout the distribution process.

"We look forward to providing your child with a connected device on Thursday, September 3rd. Thank you!" the district said.

Distribution sites include:

  • Grades PreK – 3 – Bradley Elementary School and Thurgood Marshall Elementary School
  • Grades 4 – 6 – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Upper Elementary School
  • Grades 7 – 12 – Asbury Park High School
