Asbury Park Planning Board To Review Cannabis Ban Ordinance

ASBURY PARK, NJ – The Asbury Park Planning Board will be reviewing the city council’s ordinance banning all things relating to the selling or cultivating of cannabis or cannabis-related products, which was adopted at the May 26th city council meeting during their meeting on Monday night.

Also on the agenda for tonight’s planning board meeting is a referral from the City Council to amend the Central Business District redevelopment plan to allow for a microbrewery and an application to add 24 residential units to a previously existing mixed-use building located at 316 Main Street.

The meeting is virtual and can be watched on Zoom.
