ASBURY PARK – If you're looking for million dollar views at the ocean, then check out this sale.

A homebuyer just spent $5 million on a penthouse in Asbury Park in what could be a record price in this up-and-coming Jersey Shore town, according to the developer.

iStar told Patch its buyer will get a three-bedroom, 6,396-square-foot perch atop the Asbury Ocean Club, a condominium and hotel tower rising 17 stories above the city’s boardwalk and beach.
