Catsbury Park To Hold First Adoption Event Of 2021 On Saturday
The adoption event will be part of this weekend's Asbury Fresh outdoor market.
ASBURY PARK, NJ – Catsbury Park will be holding its first in-person adoption event this Saturday at the Asbury Fresh Market this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Kennedy Park.
Catsbury Park is a non-profit that helps cats find homes, and until earlier this year, it had a tea cafe on Cookman Avenue where people can come, have some tea, and meet adult cats up for adoption.
With the pandemic, the cafe couldn’t be open, and in June of this year, the decision was made to leave the storefront so that all available money can go toward helping kitties find homes.
