Police Seek Help With Fatal Stabbing In Asbury Park
Law enforcement is seeking to locate a man who may have information about a New Year's Eve stabbng in Asbury Park.

ASBURY PARK, NJ - Authorities are seeking the public’s help in obtaining more information surrounding the New Year’s Eve stabbing death of an Asbury Park man. The 27-year-old died after he was stabbed at a Sewall Avenue apartment, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and Asbury Park Police are looking to speak with Fabian Vazquez-Quiroz in connection with the stabbing. He is only being sought for questioning and no charges are pending, authorities said.
Asbury Park police responded to a 911 call at 11:05 p.m. reporting a victim was stabbed. The victim was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune where he was pronounced dead at 11:32 p.m.
