Reyla is the modern Mediterranean restaurant from the partners behind Barrio Costero that offers classic Mediterranean cuisine, pulling inspiration from Lebanon to Morocco, with locally sourced high quality ingredients.

For Easter, executive chef Rob Santello, formerly of Porta and Pascal and Sabine, will be serving the two following special dishes:

  • Shawarma lamb loin over potato latke with poached egg, poblano labne and harissa
  • Squash frittata with vegan tzaziki, feta cheese, tomato and mint

Launched by the team behind the award-winning Barrio Costero, the restaurant pays tribute to two uniquely different worlds: the Middle East and New Jersey.

The eclectic menu by executive chef Rob Santello, previously of Porta and Pascal and Sabine, features small and sharable plates that are a marriage of classic Mediterranean cuisine, pulling inspiration from Lebanon to Morocco (including Turkey and Greece), and locality with a focus on sourcing the best, highest-quality ingredients.
