The home will go up on sale at a luxury auction, which is being held by Platinum Luxury Auctions, on Sept. 28. The property was previously listed for $2.95 million, and will now sell to the highest bidder with no reserve price.

Tomlinson lived at the home, at 49 Wisteria Way in the exclusive community of Pheasant Crossing in the township, during his tenure with the New York Jets from 2010 to 2011.

Built in 2006 the six bedroom, six full and two half bath custom-designed estate is situated on more than nine private acres.
