SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — August has come and gone. Here's a look at some of most-expensive real estate sales in Somerset County for the month of August, according to realtor.com.

A home at 52 Chapin Rd. in Bernardsville was sold for $2.975 million on Aug. 9. The 5,034 square-foot home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and sits on 10.28 acres of land.

A home at 15 Sunnybrook Rd. in Basking Ridge was sold for $1.6 million on Aug. 1. The 6,300 square-foot home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and sits on .86 acres of land.

A home at 61 High Ridge Rd. in Skillman was sold for $1.25 million on Aug. 8. The 4,000 square-foot home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and sits on 2.42 acres of land.

A home at 36 William Penn Rd. in Warren was sold for $996,999 on Aug. 8. The 3,829 square-foot home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and sits on 1.5 acres of land.

A home at 59 Totten Dr. in Bridgewater was sold for $965,000 on Aug. 1. The 3,994 square-foot home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and sits on .63 acres of land.
