Anti-Police Graffiti Keeps Appearing Near Nutley Park: PD
Nutley police charged a man with criminal mischief after he left "disparaging writings" about cops in Kingsland Park, authorities said.
NUTLEY, NJ — Nutley police charged a local man with criminal mischief after he allegedly left “disparaging writings” about law enforcement in Kingsland Park last week, authorities said.
According to the Nutley Police Department, officers responded to the park, where they found writing in permanent marker at multiple locations.
The cost for repair isn’t known, police said.

Nutley detectives have since identified a 44-year-old Nutley resident as the alleged perpetrator. He was charged with criminal mischief on Thursday, authorities said.
This has been the sixth incident in the immediate area over the past several months, police said.
