“Anthony Alvarenga, 94 of Belleville, NJ passed away on Thursday, February 18.

“Anthony is predeceased by his beloved wife Angiola Alvarenga who passed away in 2008. He is survived by his two loving sons Robert and Frank.
“Anthony proudly served and was honorably discharged from US Army. He was awarded World War II Victory Medal, Army of Occupation Medal, Two Bronze Stars Good Conduct Medal, European African and Mid East Service Ribbon and American Theatre Medal.
