BELLEVILLE, NJ — The Belleville Police Department bid farewell to one of its own this week: Frank Minichini.

On Wednesday, the BPD announced that Minichini passed away at his home, surrounded by family members.

Minichini served the township from 1998 to 2013, and will be missed, his peers wrote.
