Grand Falloons Visit Belleville Schools, Teach About Recycling

The Grand Falloons performed several song and dance numbers, all with a recycling-themed lesson to encourage Belleville kids to think green.

BELLEVILLE, NJ — The “Grand Falloons,” an ensemble of theater, circus and design professionals, recently put their talents together to educate Belleville students at School #7 and #10 about recycling and the environment.

The Grand Falloons performed several song and dance numbers, all with a recycling-themed lesson to encourage kids to think green.

The January appearance was sponsored by Mayor Raymond Kimble, the Municipal Council, DPW Superintendent Bill Gilbert, Asst. Superintendent Rocco Balsamo and Clean Communities Coordinator Robert Welter.

"It was important to enlighten the younger generation about recycling,” Clean Communities Coordinator Robert Welter said. “The Grand Falloons did an excellent job displaying the importance of recycling as it will benefit our community and our Earth.”
