Guns N’ Roses Adds New Jersey Show To North American Tour

NEWARK, NJ — Do you have an appetite for destruction, New Jersey? Take it to the Prudential Center in Newark on Oct. 12 to catch Guns N’ Roses for a surprise show on their “Not In This Lifetime” tour.

The iconic rock band – known for 1990s chart toppers such as “Welcome to the Jungle” and “November Rain” – recently added a show at the Prudential Center due to “overwhelming demand” for tickets to the North American leg of the tour, which kicks off July 27 in St. Louis, MO.

This year, the band is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the release of their iconic album, “Appetite for Destruction” (1987), which has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide.

The Guns N’ Roses’ lineup includes original members Axl Rose (vocals, piano), Duff McKagan (bass), Slash (lead guitar) and Dizzy Reed (keyboard), as well as Richard Fortus (rhythm guitar), Frank Ferrer (drums), and Melissa Reese (keyboard).

Tickets for new dates of the “Not In This Lifetime” tour go on-sale to the general public starting Friday, July 28 at 10 a.m. (local times) at livenation.com.

Concert promoters are offering a few, slightly-sneaky ways to get tickets even earlier, according to a news release and the Ticketmaster website.
