The man allegedly bashed the truck's headlight when it blocked the entrance of his property, Nutley police said.

NUTLEY, NJ — Charges are pending against a man who allegedly smashed in the headlight of a truck with a crowbar in Nutley, police announced earlier this week.

According to the Nutley Police Department, officers responded to a business on Franklin Avenue on Nov. 25 after a caller reported that a man was hitting a truck with a crowbar.

“When police arrived, they found that a delivery truck had blocked the entrance to the man’s property, at which time he damaged the vehicle by smashing the headlight,” the Nutley Police Department stated.
