Memorial Day 2021: Belleville Ceremony, Nutley Offices Closed

Belleville will hold a Memorial Day ceremony on Monday. Nutley's town offices will be closed for the holiday.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Belleville will hold a Memorial Day ceremony for 2021, and Nutley’s town offices will be closed for the holiday.

In Belleville, Mayor Michael Melham and the Township Council will host the town’s annual Memorial Day ceremony on Monday, May 31. It will take place at:

  • noon at Dutch Reform Church Cemetery (Belleville and North Arlington Bridge)
  • 1 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park (Union and Tiona avenues)

Belleville town officials offered a “special thanks” to local Belleville veterans organizations for their continued cooperation and support.

NUTLEY

All Township of Nutley municipal offices will be closed on Monday due to the observed holiday.
