Nutley Chamber Trying To Funnel ON3 Workers To Local Businesses

The Nutley Chamber of Commerce is reaching out to workers at the old Hoffmann-La Roche campus with hopes of jumpstarting local businesses.

NUTLEY, NJ — The Nutley Chamber of Commerce recently kicked off an outreach program to workers at ON3, with hopes of jumpstarting ailing local businesses amid the coronavirus pandemic.

ON3, the renovated site of the former Hoffmann-La Roche campus, is now home to a range of local and national businesses, including retail giant Ralph Lauren, and the Hackensack-Meridian School of Medicine at Seton Hall University.

And it’s this potential customer base that the Nutley chamber is hoping to galvanize with its outreach.

According to the chamber’s website:

“In order to pull the workers and students from the ON3 (formerly Hoffmann-La Roche) campus into Nutley, the Nutley Chamber of Commerce is investing in a “ON3 Gateway to Nutley Project” to benefit our members. The chamber has purchased 2,500 “Love Nutley, Shop Nutley” reusable shopping bags, which will be distributed to the businesses and schools at ON3, along with a coupon book containing chamber members’ ON3-specific coupons. This promotional campaign will also be available online via our website, where visitors can download individual coupons.”

There will be no cost to chamber members to be included in the booklet. Learn more here.
