A Nutley chiropractor accused of fraudulent health care claims pled guilty, according to published reports.
Joseph Salomone, 45, admitted to illegally collecting $89,000 by having his staff submit false documentation to insurance companies, the Nutley Sun reported.
Salomone pleaded guilty before Superior Court Judge Mitzy Galis-Menendez in Hudson County to second-degree health care claims fraud.
