Nutley Offers Winter Session of Zumba Class

The Following Announcement is courtesy Nutley Commissioner Tucci's office. 

Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci announces that registration for the Winter Session of Zumba is now open.     

Led by Yolanda Merritt, a certified Zumba Instructor, this class will incorporate the hottest Latin rhythms with the newest dance moves to heat up your exercise routine.  
Held at the Recreation Annex Building located at 65 Bloomfield Ave, this program will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning on January 21, 2014  from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.   

A $60 fee will be charged for this two-night a week, eight week program.   

This program is open to Nutley residents only.

Tired of the same old workout routine?  Why not add some fun to your workout while boosting your heart rate, burning fat and increasing energy.  The combination of  Latin dance moves with the beat-driven aerobic workout are sure to provide maximum workout results.  Movements are easy to learn and participants work at their own pace.  “Our programs produce great results and we encourage residents to stay healthy and have fun through the various exercise programs we offer” stated Commissioner Tucci.
 
Pre-registration is required for Zumba/Latin Aerobics.
