Ralph Lauren signed a lease at ON3, the former Hoffmann-La Roche campus in Clifton and Nutley, developers said.

NUTLEY, NJ — Ralph Lauren is coming to Nutley. That’s the word from real estate developers, who recently reported that the corporation has signed a lease for a building at ON3, the former Hoffmann-La Roche campus in Clifton and Nutley.
A representative with Prism Capital Partners, the developers of ON3, announced the new lease during the board’s Tuesday meeting. Ralph Lauren is expected to bring 225 jobs to Nutley and will operate from a 225,000 square foot space at an existing building, TAP Into Nutley reported.
The company will receive a 10-year, $33.1 million award from the Grow New Jersey program to locate the facility in Nutley, TAP Into stated.
