Show At Nutley Library: Musicians Tap ‘Great American Songbook’

Carol Erickson and Ted Brancato will perform music from the "Great American Songbook" at the Nutley Public Library on March 28.

Enjoy a concert of standard and favorites from the Great American Songbook sung by vocalist Carol Erickson at the Nutley Public Library on Saturday, March 28 at 2 p.m. She will be accompanied by Ted Brancato on piano.

The Great American Songbook is a collection of the most important and influential songs from the early 20th century. During this fun program, music trivia questions are intermittently posed to the audience.

Carol Erickson has been performing in clubs, libraries, senior centers and more since 2010, as well as performing with Carrie Jackson’s Vocal Collective for several years.

Ted Brancato has been a musician, composer, arranger and recording artist in the metropolitan area for the last 35 years and has worked with jazz greats such as Ron Carter and Houston Person.
