Wedding, Event Professionals Show Heart For Nutley Food Pantry

A group of wedding and event professionals in North Jersey pulled together for a donation of food and clothes in Nutley.

NUTLEY, NJ — A group of local wedding and event professionals in North Jersey recently pulled together for a donation of food and clothes in Nutley.

Several members of the ILEA - International Live Events Association’s New Jersey chapter (ILEA-NJ) volunteered at the Nutley Family Service Bureau (NFSB), collecting about 90 bags of gently used clothing for the bureau’s thrift shop.

The volunteers also collected nearly 30 bags of non-perishable items for the local food pantry.

Founded in 1913, the NFSB provides a range of social services for local residents, including mental health counseling. The nonprofit has continued to operate through the coronavirus pandemic.
