• 270 Old Dutch Road, 5 bedroom, 4.1-bath Colonial, listed at $1.795,000 and sold for $1,600,000.

• 197 North Finley Avenue, 2 bedroom, 1-bath Cape Cod, listed at $357,000 and sold for $377,000; 
• 22 Mullens Lane, 4-bedroom, 2-bath Cape Cod, listed at $589,000 and sold for $598,000.
