Bedminster Will Have A Field of Honor With 200 Flags
Organized by the Friends of the Jacobus Vanderveer House, Bedminster is honoring its military with the 6th edition of the Field of Honor.
BEDMINSTER, NJ — Bedminster is honoring its military with the 6th edition of the Field of Honor, coming to town July 10.
Organized by the Friends of the Jacobus Vanderveer House, it will be a display of 200 American flags. The display will be visible from Route 206.
Flags are $60 to purchase or $40 to sponsor, available here, at Bedminster Town Hall or at the Bedminster Farmers Market on June 19, June 26, or July 5 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

They include a dedication that will be listed in the event program.
The celebration event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- 12 p.m.: Patriotic musical performance by the Whitehouse Wind Symphony
- 1 a.m.-2 p.m.: Blacksmith demonstration by Billy Barrett, Spinner demonstration by Mayra Petretti, Lace Making demonstration by Lois Macknik
There will also be a raffle for a $1400 value gift card to Ninety Acres. It includes a la carte dinner in the private dining room for up 10 guests. Expires December 2021. Only 100 tickets will be sold, at $20 per ticket.
Tickets will be sold at the Bedminster Farmers Market on June 19, 23, and July 5 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. or at the July 10 event. The winner will be announced that day at 2:15 p.m
