Bedminster's Annual Fall Fest Is This Weekend

The family friend event is Saturday, Sept. 10

The annual Bedminster Charities Fall Fest will take place Saturday, Sept. 10. From 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM, River Road Park will be filled with food stands, games and activities, and live entertainment.

Admission is $5 per person, with children three and younger free, and parking is included in admission. Families are encouraged to bring cash to pay with. Pets are also welcome as part of the family.

Perhaps the most exciting feature for younger kids will be the ten different bounce houses, but theres something for everyone. Carnival style games, face painting, and hayrides will be available for anybody looking to have fun.

Four live acts will preform throughout the day: Leann Weiss, Collin J. Rocker, Good Works Band and Rodeo Gypsies. Blankets and lawn chairs are permitted so guests can sit and enjoy the music.

A variety of food options will be available, from Thai food to shaved ice. A beer and wine garden is open to those of age, and vegetarian options are available.

Money raised from the festival will go to seven Bedminster based charities:

  • Pottersville Volunteer Fire Co.
  • The Center for Contemporary Art Far Hills
  • Bedminster Fire Department Far Hills
  • Bedminster First Aid Squad
  • Friends of the Jacobus Vanderveer House
  • Friends of the Clarence Dillon Public Library
  • Bedminster School Parent Teacher Organization
