Bernards Inn Hosting Thanksgiving Buffet
The Thanksgiving dinner will have organic turkey and beef, seafood, and pasta selections, artisan cheeses, and desserts.
BERNARDSVILLE, NJ — The Bernards Inn is hosting a buffet and a three-course, prix-fixe dinner on Thanksgiving.
The buffet will be served from noon to 6 p.m. It will feature the following selections:
- Carved oven roasted turkey
- Bourbon glazed ham
- Russet potato gnocchi
- Beef stroganoff
- Atlantic salmon
- Green bean casserole
- Roasted sweet potatoes
- Mashed potatoes
- Root vegetables: Parsnips, carrots, kohlrabi, onions, and thyme
- Warm baked heirloom apples
- Chilled shrimp and oysters
- International and domestic cheeses
- Antipasto meats and accompaniments
- Smoked salmon
- Marinated beets
- Chilled asparagus
- Caesar salad
- Roasted Cauliflower
- Chopped super greens
- Desserts include and assortment of pies, tortes, cookies and puddings

The buffet costs $69 for adults, $35 for kids 6 to 12 years old and $15 for kids 2 to 5 years old. Kids 2 and younger are free.
The dinner costs $79 for adults and $35 for kids 12 and younger.
