PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough of Bernardsville is holding a scoping hearing in accordance with the requirements of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Green Acres Program at N.J.A.C. 7:36-26.8, on Monday, June 28, 2021, at 8:00 p.m. in the Council chambers at the Borough Hall, 166 Mine Brook Road, Bernardsville, NJ.  If the June 28, 2021 Council meeting is held remotely because of the COVID-19 pandemic, you will be able to participate in the scoping hearing from a smartphone or tablet via Zoom by joining meeting number 837-200-4581.  If you are joining from a desktop or laptop computer with a web browser, open https://zoom.us/j/8372004581.  Please check on the Borough website https://www.bernardsvilleboro.org or call the Borough Clerk’s office during normal business hours at (908) 766-3000 before the June 28, 2021 Council meeting to determine whether the scoping hearing will be held in person or via Zoom.  

At the scoping hearing, Bernardsville Borough will consider disposal of portions of Claremont Field (Block 69, Lot 8) to owners of the following properties:
