Chipotle Mexican Grill To Open In Bernardsville

BERNARDSVILLE, NJ — Chipotle Mexican Grill will open two new locations in Bernardsville and Jersey City.

RKF, an independent real estate firm, arranged for Chipotle to lease the 2,138 square feet in Bernardsville Centre on Morristown Road, immediately adjacent to Bernards High School. The landlord, Bernardsville Centre LLC, was represented by Silbert Realty and Management.

The restaurant is expected to open in Bernardsville in December of this year.

Neighboring retailers include Kings Supermarket, Starbucks, Fresh Press Juice Co, Lenny’s Pizza & Family, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Dairy Queen, Bernardsville Food Store, Asian Delight, The Bar Method, The UPS Store, Osteria Morini Bernardsville, Gary’s Wine & Marketplace, Verizon, TD Bank, PNC Bank, Chase Bank and ShopRite.

Chipotle will also be leasing a 2,321-square-foot corner space at Kushner Companyies’ 26 Journal Square in Jersey City.
