Lee Opperman Marks 20th Year With Bernardsville Coldwell Banker
Opperman spent all of his real estate career based in Bernardsville.

This week, top-producing Broker Sales Associate Lee Opperman in the Bernardsville office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage celebrated 20 years of providing full-service real estate expertise in Somerset, Hunterdon and Morris counties, all from the company's office in Bernardsville.
During his career, he has managed more than 600 real estate transactions and $216 million in sales volume, according to Coldwell Banker.

Opperman has won several awards honoring him for his professional accomplishments. He has been named his office’s No. 1 sales associate based on total sales production in 2008 to 2009, and total sales production and units sold in 2012.
He has been named the office’s Associate of the Month more than 70 times. Opperman also has been the company’s Somerset County Associate of the Month more than 15 times.

A frequent company award recipient, Opperman most recently won the Coldwell Banker International Elite Award, placing him within the top 2 percent of 82,200 sales associates worldwide. Opperman is also among the “Top 50” of more than 3,000 agents at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., according to the company.
Additionally, Opperman has earned the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Circle of Excellence Award for 19 consecutive years, most recently for his 2012 sales production. In 2012 he was announced by New Jersey Monthly Magazine as one of its Five Star Agents based on positive recommendations provided in surveys of real estate customers.

Opperman regularly undergoes training to further increase the specialized service he can offer his clients, accordding to Coldwell Banker. He is a Certified Residential Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, with the latter training him to expertly guide senior citizens with home transition, tax matters, financing, relocation and more.
He also is a Previews International Property Specialist, giving him experience in marketing luxury residential properties to affluent buyers worldwide. Opperman earned his real estate broker’s license in 2004.

A Somerset County resident since 1979, Opperman is active in his community as a Somerset County Board of Elections worker, an event organizer for Habitat for Humanity and Gilda's Club fundraisers, and a volunteer for Bedminster Community Day.
