Libraries Offer Class on Diet & Fitness Apps

It doesn't matter whether you're already a gym rat or just looking for the motivation to get off the couch, there is an app for you!

From step counters and heart-rate monitors to calorie counters and food planners, you can find a lot to love on your smartphone. In this program, offered on Thursday, January 25 at 10:30 am at Bernards Township Library and on Tuesday, January 30 at 7:00 pm at Bernardsville Public Library, Technical Services Manager Sarah Gillis will talk about some of the many options available to those who want to use technology to improve their fitness. It doesn't matter whether you're already a gym rat or just looking for the motivation to get off the couch, there is an app for you!

There is no charge to attend the programs, but advance registration is requested. Register online at seriousfunlibraries.org, or call either library to sign up.
