"Nature and Life" - Photographs by Gina Petrecca

Bernardsville Public Library is pleased to present an exhibition of photographs by Springfield resident Gina Petrecca. The show will be on view in the Library's Community Room from December 2 to December 28.

Ms. Petrecca has loved photography since she was a child when she became fascinated with preserving memories. She loves taking pictures of still lifes, landscapes, nature, and animals as well as special events, parties, and even events on a normal day. Her inspiration comes from colors, shapes, or anything different, and it changes depending on the situations she finds herself in. "Sometimes an idea pops in my head and I just do it," she says, "I feel every artist is unique and their tastes are different. I can’t fit myself in a category. I just do what I want and enjoy the uniqueness that each moment presents."
