No Surprises In Bernardsville Borough Council Primary 2021

There were only two Republican and two Democratic candidates running for the two seats open in the Bernardsville Borough Council.

BERNARDSVILLE, NJ —Republican candidates Albert Ribeiro and Jay Ambelang, and Democratic candidates Jeffrey Hammond and Christina Bala won their party's nomination for the Township Committee Primary, according to unofficial results.

There are no surprises, as they were the only candidates running.

Ribeiro and Ambelang got 483 and 477 votes respectively, and Hammond (the only incumbent) and Bala got 244 and 249 votes respectively.
