Nominate Your Pet For Bernardsville-Bedminster's Pet Of The Week

BERNARDSVILLE/BEDMINSTER, NJ — Meet Fred! He has been chosen as Patch's Pet Of The Week. Nominate your pet for Bernardsville-Bedminster's Pet of the Week and winners will get free dog treats from The Hungry Hound!

"Fred is a 10 year old tri-color basset hound, who is a key member of our family. He is very friendly, and whenever he is around people, especially children, his ears are a huge attraction. He loves to pose as a reindeer during the holiday season, and he can usually be found sleeping on a couch, chair or bed."

Do you think your pet should be Bernardsville-Bedminster's Pet of the Week?

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com with subject line "Bernardsville-Bedminster Pet Of The Week." Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the town you're from.

You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today. All photos must be property of the submitter.

Additionally, selected winners each week will be given a free half dozen homemade dog treats when they stop in The Hungry Hound at 94 West Main St., Somerville. For more information call 908-927-WOOF (9663).
