Bloomfield Luxury Residential Building Set For Summer Opening

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Developer BNE Real Estate Group plans to open its newest luxury residential community, The Green at Bloomfield, later this summer, the company announced last week.

According to a company news release, the building was developed by BNE Real Estate, and will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, coffee bar, social lounge, work-from-home areas, roof terrace with resort-style lounge seating, package acceptance service and onsite parking. Its interior will feature “a fresh aesthetic with a modern, inviting vibe, accentuated by impactful murals, modern wood paneling, contemporary furnishings.”

The Green at Bloomfield is slated to open this summer; occupancy is expected to begin in early autumn. Interested residents can join a waitlist or learn more about the property here.
