2,300 Still Without Power In Brick After Isaias
Public works crews are starting to collect storm debris as the cleanup from the tropical storm continues.

BRICK, NJ — Public works crews began picking up debris in Brick Township on Friday as cleanup from Tropical Storm Isaias continued.
More than 2,300 homes in the township remained without power; Jersey Central Power & Light crews have been working around the clock throughout the company's service area to restore power.
JCP&L officials said the company expected to restore power by Friday evening to at least 80 percent of those without service. At the peak, there were 1.4 million homes without electricity across the state; as of noon Friday, there were about 300,000 still waiting for it to be restored.

Brush should be put at the curb; ;imbs and branches must be no more than 4 inches in diameter and no more than 4 feet long.
