6 New Officers Join Brick Township Police Force

The new officers were sworn in during an outdoor ceremony on Tuesday.

BRICK, NJ — Six new officers were sworn in as members of the Brick Township Police Department in an outdoor ceremony Tuesday at the Brick Township Municipal Building.

Patrolmen Sean Capper, Anthony Tortorici, Terence Berkeley, Andrew Noorman-Hilling, Charles Wehrlen and David Araque took their oaths to protect and serve the citizens of Brick Township, accompanied by family members.

The oaths were administered by Mayor John G. Ducey, and Police Chief James Riccio gave opening remarks.
