Brick Announces Spring Leaf Pickup Schedule

If your yard filled with leaves after the fall leaf collection dates, mark your calendar because Brick will pick them up soon.

BRICK, NJ — If you have leaves scattered in your yard that didn't make it to the fall leaf collection, Brick Township's public works department will be collecting bagged leaves again in April.

The spring leaf collection begins April 5, and will follow the township's recycling collection schedule.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Monday recycling: Leaf collection April 5 – April 7
  • Tuesday recycling: Leaf collection April 8 – April 12
  • Wednesday recycling: Leaf collection April 13 – April 15
  • Thursday recycling: Leaf collection April 16 – April 20
  • Friday recycling: Leaf collection April 21 – April 23

Residents are asked to have bagged leaves at the curb by 6 a.m. on the first day of your collection periods. Do not put branches, twigs or other debris in your bags.

Leaves also can be brought to the Public Works Recycling Center, 836 Ridge Road. Public Works office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. They also can be taken to the Ocean County Recycling Center, New Hampshire Avenue, Lakewood.
