Is Brick becoming a Race Track?

Brick, NJ is being deluged by the excessive and loud noise from the numerous vehicles which illegally modify their exhaust systems. These vehicles are driving in 'packs' intentionally causing disturbance on every road. But particularly speeding along Route 70 , 88 and Brick Blvd.
The noise is quite bothersome to those who live nearby. (and if you watch any of the YouTube videos of these kind of people who install a ' muffler delete'...their main object is to be bothersome)
Within the last year large groups of loud cars have been meeting at the old KMart parking lot on Route 70 in Brick.
Where they rev their cars to make back fire pop pop noise and race thru the surrounding neighborhoods and back and forth.
On Saturday evening, March 27, 2021 over 50 vehicles were in and around the KMart plaza. At 10:30 pm, after several hours of listening to this continuous and obnoxious noise I notified the Brick PD., which responded saying they had already received numerous calls.
An immediate investigation and direct action is needed to combat this growing disturbance.
