Brick Is Getting A Starbucks, Planning Officials Told Patch

The Planning Board unanimously approved one for Brick Boulevard on Wednesday, planning officials told Patch.

BRICK – Brick is getting a free-standing Starbucks – one of the only ones that will located in the Brick, Point Pleasant and Manasquan area, the Brick Planning Department told Patch.

The Planning Board approved the Starbucks, which will be located on Brick Boulevard, in a unanimous vote on Wednesday, the Brick Planning Department told Patch.

The Starbucks will have a drive-through and it will be located in the Bay Harbor Plaza area, the Brick Planning Department told Patch.

Currently, the closest Starbucks coffee shops are located on Route 70 in Lakewood, in Barnes & Noble at Brick Plaza and inside Target on Route 70. There also is one in Sea Girt.

It's not immediately known when the Starbucks will be open to the public, but it should be ready to go by spring.
