Brick Holding Public Meeting Update On Dredge Permits
The meeting will be online and will look at the permitting process for several lagoons with issues.

BRICK, NJ — The engineering firm that is working on a townshipwide permit to get several of Brick Township's lagoons dredged will hold a Zoom meeting Wednesday evening to give updates.
The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. and will be hosted by ACT Engineers, the firm handling the permit process.

ACT Engineers and Anchor QEA will review the bathymetric survey and sampling results and dredge prism designs for the areas of Nejecho Lagoon; Long Pond Lagoon; Shore Acres; Seawood Harbor (Superior Lagoon); and the Upper Reach of Beaver Dam Creek.
The current permit application status and agency review timeframes will be reviewed. Attendees will have the opportunity to review the bathymetric survey data and the dredge boundary during the presentation or via the township’s website using Google Earth. Feedback from residents and businesses regarding use of the anticipated permits for private dredging will be discussed.
