
An early morning fight Friday outside a home in Jackson led police to arrest a Brick man allegedly involved in the scuffle.
Jackson Police reported Thomas Ditre, 21, of Brick was arrested after 2:45 a.m. Jan. 17 near Adelphi Drive, Jackson, and charged with simple assault.
Police said multiple officers responded to the area, after a report of a fight between several people. The fight took place outside a home, according to Jackson Police.
During the investigation, Police Officers Fred Meabe and Ryan Donnelly arrested Ditre, who was subsequently processed and released on a summons pending a court appearance.
