Brick Planning Board To Hear 6-Home Proposal For Hooper Ave. Site
The 4.2-acre parcel backs up to the Drum Point Sports Complex.

BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township Planning Board is scheduled to hear an application to build six single-family homes on a 4.2-acre parcel on Hooper Avenue.
The application by Hooper Avenue Associates, which is scheduled for Wednesday’s planning board meeting. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
The proposed development is set for a wooded parcel at 2416 Hooper Ave., across from the Sailors Quay development. The parcel backs up to the Drum Point Sports Complex.

The proposal includes two streets — Avery Lane and Finley Court — with the six lots and drainage easements.
