Brick Releases Details On Free Coronavirus Tests For Residents

The township has partnered with Ridgewood Diagnostic Laboratories for tests available to Brick residents only.

BRICK, NJ — Brick Township officials have released information on the free coronavirus testing being provided through a partnership with Ridgewood Diagnostic Laboratories.

The testing, which will be conducted by a self-contained mobile testing unit, will begin Monday at Brick Beach III on Route 35 north on the barrier island.

Ridgewood Laboratories will accept insurance and not require a co-pay. People without insurance will be tested and the lab will bill for that reimbursement through the CARES Act, Mayor John G. Ducey said.
