Brick Schools Shift To Virtual For Thursday Amid Snow
Snowfall overnight made roads slippery and the district moved to virtual instruction.
BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township School District has shifted to virtual instruction for Thursday after snow fell overnight, making roads slick for the morning commute.
"Since we have the ability to have the school day count by offering a remote-learning option ... this will allow us to maintain the continuity of instruction, while keeping students and staff members safe at home," officials said.
Elementary and middle school students will follow their usual Monday schedule, while preschool and high school students will follow their typical Friday schedule, which is fully remote.
